We use a range of practical wellbeing therapies and classes, along with coaching and behavioural change. By using this range of different approaches, your staff will gain an instant and long-lasting benefit, thus creating an awareness for the member of staff about how they are feeling and how they are managing their stress levels.
Wellbeing Therapies in particular, are shown to relieve symptoms of stress and fatigue and soothe anxiety and depression.

What We offer...
After working with both small and large businesses and organisations – Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, eDF Energy, Magnox Ltd, DWP, Companies House and The Highways Agency – to name a few, the feedback has been only positive and the programmes we have implemented have been greatly received by staff right across the broad spectrum of job roles within each workplace.
A positive difference and clear motivation across the workforce have also been identified from a senior management perspective in the workplaces we have attended and worked alongside.

The Benefit...
The benefit of doing so is seen in the fact that 80% of employees say that when there is a robust health and wellness programme in place at work, they feel more cared for and more engaged in their work.
The biggest benefit of having a wellbeing programme is helping people adopt and maintain healthy behaviours.
The benefits of what we offer to organisations and employers and their staff are second to none.
We have found with our past experience in this field, that the type of bespoke wellbeing programmes we offer can increase self-esteem and sense of personal wellbeing, improve staff morale, increase productivity levels and greater engagement between staff.
Implementation of these programmes have also been found to help to lower absenteeism, reduce stress and subsequently reduce your health care costs.
Why Workplace Wellbeing?
However, an employers’ commitment to health and wellbeing often goes further than this: many recognise that offering positive health and wellbeing programme to their staff can help to improve staff recruitment and retention, as well as positively contributing to corporate and social responsibility.
Employers increasingly recognise that investing in the health and wellbeing of their staff makes good business sense.
With that in mind, our company offers an exciting initiative to employers and organisations which encourages the promotion of mental, emotional and physical wellbeing to staff within the workplace.
The UK statistics of work-related stress are at an all-time high and continue to grow at an alarming rate. In the UK for the year ending 2015/16, an astonishing 11.7 million days at work were lost due to work-related stress – an average of 23.9 days per case. In 2015/16, stress also accounted for 37% of all work-related illness and 45% of all working days lost to ill health.
In 2017/18 this increased to 15.4 million days lost to work-related stress, depression and anxiety (Labour Force Survey) with an average of 25.8 days lost per case. In total, 57% of all working days lost to ill health were due to stress and anxiety. Commenting on figures, TUC General Secretary Frances O’ Grady says “Work -related stress is a growing epidemic”
